FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 8 pm. When you arrive, please go directly to the campsite Reception.
Departures are between 7 am and 10 am. The key to your mobile home must be left at the Reception desk.

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
• A tourist tax is levied in almost all tourist areas. You must therefore pay this tax on arrival. This tax must be paid directly to the campsite Reception.
• Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. One parking space is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch).

Please note: In order to prepare your access and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could provide us with your vehicle registration number when you make your booking.

Car circulation is permitted from 7 am to 11 pm.

A wristband is issued on arrival. It is compulsory and must be worn for the duration of your stay.

We accept pets on presentation of an up-to-date vaccination certificate on the day of arrival (1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed, nor are NACs). Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the campsite. There is a 3-hectare wood for them to walk in. Dogs are not allowed on the lawn or in the castle grounds where the evening entertainment takes place.  Only one pet is allowed per accommodation, except in Premium accommodation where pets are not allowed.
