FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go straight to the Reception.
Departures are after inventory between 8 am and 10 am.

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are handed the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
• A tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites. At this campsite it is included in your holiday package.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. Motorbikes are permitted on the campsite.

Please note: In order to prepare your access and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could quote your vehicle registration number when making your booking. A licence plate reader is installed at the entrance to the campsite, and if you do not provide this information prior to arrival you will be refused access to the campsite.

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination record and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. A dog shower is available on the campsite.

• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
