FAQ
Access to some accommodation may be more or less uneven (built on a hillside), and it is not always possible to park your vehicle in front of the accommodation.
Your arrival/departure at the campsite village
Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. Upon arrival, please go directly to the Reception.
Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.
- A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are handed the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
- Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
- On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite grounds (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
Your stay at the campsite
- Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination record and tag with your address. Keeping on a lead is compulsory. The fee is €6/day.
- For your safety, our campsite is equipped with an A.E.D. (Automatic External Defibrillator) and oxygen therapy equipment.
- Possibility of setting up a small tent on the pitch.
- Barbecues are prohibited at the campsite village with the exception of electrical ones.
- PRM access: adapted sanitary facilities. Part of the site is not accessible.
- External visitors: Visitors are required to report to the Reception, with proof of identity, during opening hours, and must pay a fixed fee of €2 per person per day. For safety reasons, visitors do not have access to the swimming pool or other sports facilities on the campsite. They must wear a temporary wristband. They agree to abide by the campsite rules and regulations displayed at the Reception desk , and are the responsibility of the campers receiving them. Visitors are not allowed to drive their vehicle through the entrance gate to the site, but must be parked in the outside car park. Visitors must leave the campsite before 11 pm. The Management reserves the right to intervene by applying the internal regulations, in the event of a breach of the latter, by means of permanent expulsion.
- We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the reception quality of operators Bouygues and Orange is relatively poor in our campsite village (remote base stations) which also has an impact on 3g - 4g reception.
