FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. Upon arrival, please go directly to the Reception.

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are handed the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite grounds (not necessarily on your pitch itself). Motorbikes are permitted.

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination record and tag with your address. Keeping on a lead is compulsory.
• PRM access: adapted sanitary facilities (toilets and showers)
• For your safety, our campsite is equipped with an A.E.D. (Automatic External Defibrillator) and oxygen therapy equipment.

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
