FAQ

Some of our accommodation are located in a protected area (annexed) of the campsite village, away from the hustle and bustle and/or centre of activity. A road has to be crossed to reach the main services of the campsite.  

Your arrival/departure from the campsite village

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. Upon arrival, please contact Reception directly.
Departures are between 8am and 10am, after the inventory.

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been cleaned properly and returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Vehicle: Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. There is one parking space per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch). If you are bringing two cars, you must make this clear. In this case, a supplement will be payable on site.

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and a tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. A dog shower is available at the campsite. 6€/day
• The waterpark and bar/snack bar are on the other side of a cul-de-sac that you have to cross.
• Visitors: Visitors are allowed. A supplement of €3/day/person will be charged. Visitors do not have access to the waterpark.

• Flat-rate contribution to the payment of tourist taxes
  • Flat-rate tourist taxes : €2 / night
  • Eco-participation: €1.48 / night
