FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go straight to the Homair Vacances Reception.
Departures are after inventory between 8 am and 10 am

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are handed the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. Motorbikes are permitted on the campsite.

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination record and tag with your address. Keeping on a lead is compulsory. Only one dog is permitted per rental.
• Reception speaks French, English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
