FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances Reception desk.
Departures are after inventory from 8am to 10am.

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you receive the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition, with an inventory check.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. There is one parking space per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch).

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and a tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. The dog supplement is : €6/day

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Flat-rate contribution to the payment of tourist taxes
  • Flat-rate tourist taxes : €2 / night
  • Eco-participation: €1.48 / night
