FAQ

Your arrival at the campsite village

Arrivals/Departures & Minimum length of stay:

• Arrivals are expected from 4 pm until 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the campsite Reception desk.
• Departures are from 8 am to 10 am. 

Please bring your booking confirmation with you, which will give details of the campsite and itinerary. Remember to pay your deposit and make an inventory using the form provided by our Reception staff. We remind you that the capacity of the rented unit must be respected, otherwise you will not be accepted.

• Security Deposit: This is payable on arrival, in Euros, before you receive the keys to your accommodation. It will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch).

Important: Please note: In order to prepare your access, and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could quote your vehicle registration number when you make your booking. An optical licence plate reader is installed at the entrance to the campsite and if you do not provide this information prior to arrival you will be refused access to the campsite.

Your stay on site

• Entertainment: Entertainment is organised during the day and/or evening, usually in high season.
• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and a tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 6€/day
• Swimwear: This is compulsory for access to pools and waterparks. Boxers, shorts and other items of clothing are strictly forbidden (only swimming briefs are permitted).
• Optical reader at barriers: don't forget to give your licence plate number.
• Don't forget to bring your household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels...), this is not provided.
• The campsite is closed to visitors.

• Flat-rate contribution to the payment of tourist taxes

  • Eco-participation: €1.48 / night
