FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. Upon arrival, go directly to the Reception. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am. 

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the housekeeping has been done correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself). If you arrive with two cars, you must inform the campsite on arrival. In this case, a supplement must be paid to the campsite.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times. 

Additional costs

• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
