FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. Upon arrival, go directly to the Reception. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am. 

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before you are handed the keys to your accommodation, and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the housekeeping has been done correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• The tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. Motorbikes are permitted on the campsite.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate up to date and its tag with your name and phone number. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on the campsite.

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
