FAQ

Your arrival/departure from the campsite village

• Access for people with reduced mobility (pitches, toilet block and 1 mobile home)
• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are handed the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite grounds (not necessarily on your pitch itself).

Please note: In order to prepare your access and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could quote your vehicle registration number when making your booking. A licence plate reader is installed at the entrance to the campsite and if you do not provide this information prior to arrival you will be refused access to the campsite.

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination record and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. The dog supplement is €6/day
• PRM access: adapted sanitary facilities

• Flat-rate contribution to the payment of tourist taxes

  • Eco-participation: €1.48 / night
