FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please contact the Reception directly.
Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A security deposit is requested before you are handed over the keys on the day of your arrival. These deposits will be returned to you on the day of your departure, after an inventory has been taken and a list of fixtures and fittings has been drawn up.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite. Motorbikes are permitted on the campsite.
• Barriers: work with the number plate reading system. Remember to quote your number plate when booking. The barriers are closed from 11pm to 7am.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times.

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
