FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the campsite Reception.
Departures are after inventory before 10 am.

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite. Motorbikes are permitted on the campsite.
• Magnetic card: A deposit is required to open and close the campsite entrance barrier using a magnetic card. It is due on arrival, payable in euros and refunded on departure.

Your stay at the campsite

• The campsite gate is closed from midnight to 7am. It is strictly forbidden to drive a vehicle or motorcycle in the campsite during these hours.
• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and a tag with your address or your phone number. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
• PRM access: adapted sanitary facilities.
• Wearing a wristband is compulsory inside the campsite.
• There is a road close to some of the accommodation which may cause some nuisance in high season.

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
