FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. Upon arrival, please go directly to the Reception.

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are handed the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite grounds (not necessarily on your pitch itself). If you are arriving with two cars, you must inform the campsite on arrival. In this case, a supplement must be paid to the campsite.

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination record and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
• PRM access: adapted sanitary facilities. access to services, access to the Reception, sanitary facilities and accessibility in compliance with regulations.
• Please note that the access gate closes every evening at 10pm, and at 11pm in high season. Access to the campsite car park is prohibited for all vehicles after this time. There are a few parking spaces in the street outside the campsite.

• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
