FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 8 pm. Upon arrival, please go directly to the Reception.

Departures are after inventory from 7 am to 10 am.

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are handed the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the mobile home has been properly cleaned and returned in perfect condition and the inventory checked.
• A tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay this when you book online.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite grounds (not necessarily on your pitch itself). The second car must be parked outside the campsite (chargeable parking).

Important: In order to anticipate your admission, and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could provide your car registration number when you make your booking. An optical licence plate reader is installed at the entrance to the campsite and if you fail to provide this information before your arrival, you will be refused access to the campsite.

Your stay at the campsite

• Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination record and tag with your address. Keeping your dog on a lead is compulsory. 6e/day
• Barbecue : Only gas barbecues are allowed on pitches.
• Good to know: The entire campsite is accessible to people with reduced mobility and offers adapted rental units.
